Unexpected Service Delay and Cost Over the past 6 years I have experienced stellar service from all at the Acura Dublin dealership. It is for this reason i return for any and all servi Over the past 6 years I have experienced stellar service from all at the Acura Dublin dealership. It is for this reason i return for any and all service needed for my 2010 TSX. I called Ashely at the service desk regarding a locked on license plate. She shared that no appointment was needed. The release of the rusted on bolts could be drilled through upon arrival (likely curbside) and could be done by a mechanic upon arrival. As I met the curbside check-in team they shared that the plate removal would require a check in of the vehicle. Upon doing so I was informed that the plate removal and re-mount would take 30-60 minutes. Additionally I was informed that the cost of the service was $145.00. The service was completed 90 minutes after check-in. My hope for the future is accurate communication and a ball park quote before I arrive. I would have scheduled an appointment in advance for a drop off if I had been given more accurate info. The end result was excellent, as always. Quality work, good Tec service and a comfortable wait area. Just seeking improved service for all Acura Columbus customers. The dealership and the service oriented team deserves flawless customer experiences. More
