When I returned the car, the fellow outside took me into the building and escorted me to the cashier window. The cashier was very friendly and had my car brought around the building for me. I was very disappointed with the oily dirt left on my light colored interior floor rug. I was in a hurry or I would have sought resolution to this before I left the dealership. More

My keys did not work for my Acura RDX 2014. Well...to be rather blunt...they kicked xxx. I was a last minute, spur of the moment problem child! I had no appointment, no plan, and dumped a maj Well...to be rather blunt...they kicked xxx. I was a last minute, spur of the moment problem child! I had no appointment, no plan, and dumped a major problem on them at the very last minute as I was heading to work. What did they do?. Got me in, gave me a free loaner vehicle at the last minute, and solved the problem within 24 hours. I picked up my car the next day and all issues were resolved. I simply cannot say enough about this team! I must say however the price to replace these Acura keys is outrageous. But that is not the fault of the staff at Acura. Maybe I should blame Bill Gates? China? Everyone in Silicon Valley? I will find out.....at get back to you. :) More
