I appreciate Todd explaining and advising to change the differential fluid and moving to get it changed quickly in order to get me on my way. I was very disappointed with the oily dirt left on my light colored interior floor rug. I was in a hurry or I would have sought resolution to this before I left the dealership. More

Excellent service department. I've been taking my Acura MDX to Acura Columbus for routine maintenance since I purchased it new in 2012. My keys did not work for my Acura RDX 2014. Well...to be rather blunt...they kicked xxx. I was a last minute, spur of the moment problem child! I had no appointment, no plan, and dumped a maj Well...to be rather blunt...they kicked xxx. I was a last minute, spur of the moment problem child! I had no appointment, no plan, and dumped a major problem on them at the very last minute as I was heading to work. What did they do?. Got me in, gave me a free loaner vehicle at the last minute, and solved the problem within 24 hours. I picked up my car the next day and all issues were resolved. I simply cannot say enough about this team! I must say however the price to replace these Acura keys is outrageous. But that is not the fault of the staff at Acura. Maybe I should blame Bill Gates? China? Everyone in Silicon Valley? I will find out.....at get back to you. :) More

Great experience I’m not someone that takes my cars to the dealer if I can avoid it. Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised with I’m not someone that takes my cars to the dealer if I can avoid it. Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I felt it was well above other dealers I have dealt with in the past. The thing I appreciated the most was the amount of communication I received regarding my car and the service being performed. I would definitely recommend this dealer for service on your vehicle. Dealer takes customer satisfaction very seriously We recently had our car in for new tires and a wheel alignment.
