just now NEW I recently purchased a used 2021 X5 with 48k miles (paid over $40k). As soon as I took the delivery, I felt strong vibration on the steering wheel and chasis (when braking). I took the car to two different shops and I was told that both front and rear rotors were lipped, so they need to be replaced. I called Mall of Georgia Ford (talked with 2 sales managers) to see if they could contribute to the cost of the repair (paying for parts or labor) and I was turned down. It is sad to see they don't stand behind what they are selling. Note: The car had a few other problems but I knew them before I purchased them More
