We certainly appreciate the fair and reasonable price, but what keeps us coming back is the fact that he focuses on what is the best fit for us (our needs) and doesn’t play any pricing games + he has full authority to make every deal (and has the full backing of his management team), which makes it a straight forward and pleasant car buying experience. His class, knowledge, professionalism, patience, and overall demeanor/attitude, continues to make car buying a wonderful experience for us. Despite having many dealers closer to us (at least 5-6), we drive all the way from Ashburn, VA to do business with him, because it is worth every minute and penny.
