We went there to trade in our Kia for a lower monthly payment Kia. We were met by Kristian who was unhelpful from the start. He took advantage of my ex husband and sold him a car he didn't want. Then sol payment Kia. We were met by Kristian who was unhelpful from the start. He took advantage of my ex husband and sold him a car he didn't want. Then sold him packages to the car that ended up being a higher monthly payment then before. And wouldn't even take the trade in. We went back to fix it and Kristian was full of excuses and when we questioned him he would run back to the manager. We were there for hours with no deal. Kristian was unaccomdating and kept backtracking instead of helping. He was solely looking out for himself from the start. The manager was just as unhelpful, Austin, and kept talking in circles with other excuses. Once we came to an agreement, the car wasn't even cleaned and we were essentially back at square one with those payments. I would not recommend Kia Port Charlotte for your vehicle needs. More

We had a situation when we bought our used RAV 4 where the gas tank cover did not open. It ended up being quite a problem as we were told so many different things but so many different people. Finally, after we had purchased our car (perhaps 2 weeks) we heard the part had arrived and was installed. It seems this was an unnecessary timeframe and no one really took charge. On another note, Austin ended up buying us a manual for our car (he said paying for it himself, which seems unnecessary again, as the dealership should pay for this). More
