I was disappointed because they lured me in with a great Internet quote. When they did not come close to their offer in person, they said my trade in was over 10 years old so I didn't qualify. The sales manager refused to give me his starting price. When he gave me an out the door price, the finance manager didn't honor it. I complained and so they gave me a lower out the door price. But the finance manager was slick, talking fast and moving fast going through the loan document. He had tacked on a document stamp tax that raised the out the door price. I hadn't noticed he did that. I later called our salesman who said that finance manager no longer worked there. I asked to speak to someone else. They dragged their feet returning my call. When I finally did speak with someone he told me I signed the loan document. He made it sound like there had been no deception and that they always add this fee to their quoted out the door price. I believe I have been scammed. The starting price turned out to be over 2 thousand dollars higher than sticker price for last year's model. I had asked for the promotional 0 per cent loan but was told I had to go with the 7 % loan to get their special price. So everything about this dealership screams slick, fast talking, scam artists. More

Horrible service after sale. Don’t answer phones, When we remarked on this, they said you have to come in. Salesperson knew almost nothing about EV cars. We have been back to the dealership twice and still cannot operate our car. If we could return it, we would in a heartbeat. Lots of assurances but no follow through. We are very stressed and disappointed. Will never recommend to friends. Also told we had to fill out survey in person so they could “help us”. Jorge Sierra took the time necessary to try to assist us with misinformation we had been given. He is a stellar employee. Also Austen Roman showed us features on our car and also explained how the EV credit to us is going to happen. If it weren’t for those 2 individuals, Kia of Port Charlotte deserves no stars for the way our transaction is being handled. More

I arrived to purchase a 20k vehicle and ended up being given a buyers order for over 28k. I had $1400 in taxes and the remaining amount of close to 7k was additional charges and fees. Don’t waste your time or your money at this dealership. Find another option. I promise your wallet will thank me lately. More
