My rating would have been a 5 ? But the last time I was in there the person who came to see what I wanted, said I was in the wrong line for an oil change and checking all other imp But the last time I was in there the person who came to see what I wanted, said I was in the wrong line for an oil change and checking all other important things. For 6 years I have went in line 1 or 2. He said that novone had told me other wise, and it could be a 2 hr. Wait . After driving for an hour to get there I said we would wait. We waited over 2 1/2 hours and I asked a very nice young man if he had any idea how long it would be before my car would be done. He said he would go and check. Within 10 minutes he was back and he said he was going to go wash the car and etc. I did not see nor had I seen the first fellow for quite some time. I assume he went home without telling me the status of my car. The young man that told me the status of my car , had to get the paperwork from the computer to show what had been done to the car. He was VERY NICE. THE FIRST INDIVIDUAL SEEMED TO HAVE A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER. The first individual was poor on his interaction with customer, the second young man was exceptional. More
