Great service! I've worked with Jonny, Cheyenne, Kyle, Walker and Austin on the phone and at Lithia VW with an issue and questions about our VW. All of them were ver I've worked with Jonny, Cheyenne, Kyle, Walker and Austin on the phone and at Lithia VW with an issue and questions about our VW. All of them were very kind and patient as they listened and then explained to me what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. When we schedule our appointments, they take into account that we drive from Pella. I appreciate the time that Jonny and Kyle have taken to explain the repairs made. Always great service! More

Recall repair Great experience for first time visit. I would suggest the techs put something in the seats while working on the interior or at least wipe up the oily residue left behind when done. More

Our only issue was a lack of communication between sales and service to get our used ve We had great experiences with every individual we worked with. Our only issue was a lack of communication between sales and service to get our used vehicle ready for purchase. During our initial test drive, we noticed, some issues with the used vehicle. Some of the issues that Sales assured us would be fixed in Service were not fixed by the time we bought it. We should have test driven it again before signing papers instead of assuming it would get taken care of. However, they eventually straightened everything out for us, and our vehicle got the service it needed at no additional charge to us. Very kind and personable staff! More

(Lots of oil)! Supervisor empathized well. They detailed my car the next day and delivered it but the driver didn’t even ring the door bell. He knocked, we didn’t hear him, and he left the doors unlocked to the car and left keys in my drive! We don’t do that in our neighborhood. I we bought 2 Jetta’s in 2017. Love the Volkswagon product but Lithia has over promised and under delivered on every aspect... More

Recall service I had set up a appointment with VW of Des Moines. My wife took the van to get a recall service. She spent time there only to find out that the part di I had set up a appointment with VW of Des Moines. My wife took the van to get a recall service. She spent time there only to find out that the part did not come in. We received no call for, spent gas since we live 1.3 hours away. Vw of Des Moines was supposed to give us a call to reschedule when part arrived, three weeks went by and no call, I had to call only to find out that the part had been there for a week. So made a appointment, wife took the van once again and to our surprise they did not get it fixed ( something with the computer system) is what I was told. Manager of service gave me a call back since I was very upset, on his email he said we will reschedule when they get the system or whatever going. It’s been a month and I still have not received a phone call. More

GREATEST OF ALL TIME I brought in my 2015 Lexus CT 200h thinking there was no way a VW dealer would have an oil filter for it. BOY WAS I WRONG.
