I really appreciate my consultant Austin Carr with my car repair and also waiving off my diagnosis cost so I can get 2 new tires and 2 new breaks. Austin Carr and Brandon Alvarado were not only rude but forced me to pay a $250 diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew, that the radio doesn’t work. The General Manager Gregg is a nice guy and remedied my terrible situation caused by the service manager Carl. Carl wanted me to keep driving a moldy car and breathe in mold spores. His workers damaged my terrible situation caused by the service manager Carl. Carl wanted me to keep driving a moldy car and breathe in mold spores. His workers damaged my causing it to leak for months. It resulted in mold to form inside the car and the ac ducts. He should be fired as he’s a terrible human being simply stated. He has put your dealership at risk of a lawsuit. He also caused the situation to prolong and escalate to the point where Adel Squalli threatened physical assault against me, unprovoked by me which, prompted me to call the police. Again Gregg remedied the situation and took care of me because he understood the dealership was at fault as a result of the incompetence of the service department and it’s manager Carl’s and Adel Squalli’s extremely unprofessional and violent behavior. Adel Squalli should be fired as well. Terrible representative of Toyota of Tampa Bay. More
