I called in to verify that the vehicle I was looking for was in stock. Courtney confirm it was in stock but told me she can’t negotiate prices unless I come in. I went to the dealer I spoke to Mr. Austin I was in stock. Courtney confirm it was in stock but told me she can’t negotiate prices unless I come in. I went to the dealer I spoke to Mr. Austin I showed him the deal I needed to buy the vehicle, he came back saying he got me a better deal so within 15 min he run my credit and made the deal... however when I went to sign the paperwork after they had already issued license pal yes I realized the term and payment was completely off. They lied and the manager didn’t event tried to work with me. Very disappointed More

I’ve now gotten two brand new cars from here within 5 years. Im happy I was able to upgrade. However, the service could be better. I experienced a problem with the tire not even two whole days later and years. Im happy I was able to upgrade. However, the service could be better. I experienced a problem with the tire not even two whole days later and was given the run around about it being fixed. Of course I was told it was my fault. Although I gave them all the information beforehand. My whole day was inconvenienced and missed out on money at work because of their lack of communication. I am very disappointed about this. More

I immediately felt like a friend as soon as I walked in to Family Hyundai. My whole experience was great and I left very happy!
