What I really appreciate is that I had gone into the dealership a few times just looking. I had specific features I wanted my next vehicle to have. The one I looked at on that particular day did not have the one feature I really wanted. Maybe a month later Barry emailed me and told me that he had a vehicle on the lot that had a lot of the features I wanted. I was really impressed by that. Impressed by the fact that he did keep me in mind and remembered what I wanted in my next vehicle. Everyone was super helpful and not pushy at all on the fact that I was getting my financing somewhere else. Other dealerships they really push for you to get financing through them. Another positive about Mercedes of Hagerstown is their pre-owned vehicles are by far the CLEANEST pre-owned vehicles of any dealership that I have been to in the tri-state area. More

I was treated as if I had been doing business with them for years, even on my first visit. Additionally, I found the prices very competitive and not at all what I expected for the quality products and services I received. So, when I was looking to get another (more practical) car, I went back to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I was a little wary because I thought I would be given a high pressure sales pitch. Instead, I got the same respectful treatment buying my car that I had gotten servicing my car. I found a previously-owned Mercedes C350 that was exactly what I was looking for and Barry London went out of his way to make this the most comfortable and enjoyable buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. He answered my questions, did not rush me to make a decision, nor made me feel awkward when I asked for their "best price". He spent time to show and explain the key functions of the car, and patiently worked with me to figure out something I was doing wrong. Lastly, Austin Shermon made the toughest part (paying and the paperwork) simple, quick, and painless. I highly recommend Barry and MB of Hagerstown to be your buying choices when it comes to a new or used Mercedes. More
