Kyle was friendly and professional and great to talk to, ask questions and above all try out multiple models. He did not pressure or bother us by calling and hounding. Instead, stepped back and showed us all the cars. Austin went through the finance paperwork with us and answered our questions and concerns (didn't have many). Again, he too was professional and was knowledgeable. Overall, very happy with how everything turned out. More

When searching for a new Mercedes, we did our initial search online and found the vehicle that checked all of our boxes in terms of style and amenities. After finding a car that interested us at Mercedes Benz - Hagerstown, we initiated a call to the dealership to arrange to come see the car and was fortunate to have Rob Edmonds as our sales associate. Rob not only listened to what mattered to us in our purchase but his knowledge of the Mercedes brand, products offered and specifically the vehicle we were viewing, was impressive. During our visit, we also had the privilege of working with Austin Shemon in the financing department. The manager came around while we were in the process of doing paperwork to make sure we were satisfied with the process. As we drove away in our new car, we felt this was the best car buying experience we have had and we feel Rob Edmonds is reason for that. More
