From the Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik to the Finance Manger Austin Shemon they made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and they really knew their stuff. Their professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and character were within the highest regards of any sales manager/sales representative I have dealt with and/or heard of others dealing with. Everybody that one chats with, discusses business or just mingles with during the course of the visit is professional. It shows in their sincerity---a sincerity which cannot be faked. They enjoy their work and are competent in what they do. They speak highly of management at MB of Hagerstown. Some would have one believe that Mr. Younger can "walk on water" even though we all know better. I always enjoy my visit. Even though during this visit I did not see Linda, Marty or Alex, I include them as professional persons with whom I have dealt in the past. During this visit, Robert and Austin were professionally competent in the commercial aspects of the purchase. Adam was the "same ole Adam"---As always; very conscience of the physical status of the vehicle as it left for home. Last but not least--Mr. Paden.---Over the tears Richard has tought me to expect perfection from him,. He never disappoints me and this visit was no different. However He did surprise me. The people I delat with were really great. I met with Barry and Austin. my only ocmplaint was that I had an appointment window of 2:30 - 3:00pm, got there at 2:35pm and was not served until 4:30pm. Financing was a breeze, 5 minutes to submit the application on line and 20 minutes to complete the paperwork when I picked up my new MB C300. This has been the easiest car purchase I have ever made.
