Buying a used car from this dealership was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were extremely friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure, which is important to me. I had been looking on line and at other dealerships for a couple of weeks. Additionally, on the day I purchased the car from Barry, I had spent almost six hours test driving and talking with sales people at several dealerships. My son-in-law, who had previously purchased a car from Barry, recommended checking their website to see what they had. I found a car that was close to the price I could afford, so we called and spoke with Barry and subsequently went to check it out. We were greeted immediately by Rob, since Barry was with another customer who had gotten there before us. The car we spoke with Barry about was parked up front and waiting for me to test drive. After the test drive I inquired about other cars in my price range and Rob suggested the Fusion. It looked and drove like it was brand new...and the price was even less than the other car. Barry and Rob made me feel like I was one of their best customers during the whole deal. One would have thought I bought a top-of-the-line Mercedes Benz. They gave me a very competitive interest rate and Austin went through the loan paperwork quickly and thoroughly. Everything was just as they had explained from the beginning...no surprises. I definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagarstown. The next time I need a car, I'll start with them. More

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4WD from this dealership on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida, the idea of traveling to on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida, the idea of traveling to Maryland to purchase a used vehicle concerned me. I also might add that I always buy new vehicles and haven't considered or purchased a used vehicle in 30 years. However, since it was almost exactly what I was looking for and I had been unsuccessful in finding the vehicle in Florida, I proceeded to communicate with Wes about the truck. The dealership had not had time to post photographs or much information of the truck on the internet, so Wes gladly and promptly took and sent pictures to me. I had several additional questions and concerns about the truck and Wes actually took the truck to the neighboring Toyota dealer to have it inspected. I finally agreed to purchase the truck and scheduled a flight to Baltimore. One of the dealership drivers (Bill) picked up my wife and I at the airport and drove us to the MB facility. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to ride with. I am very particular about my vehicles, so I was ready for the big let-down when we arrived at the dealership to inspect the truck. The truck turned out to be exactly as Wes described, even down to the minor scratches and blemishes that would be expected on a used vehicle. How could that be - I was an out-of towner purchasing a used vehicle from a new car dealership. There had to be a catch! - no catch whatsoever. The truck was meticulously detailed and looked and rode like a new truck - as advertised. Wes was a complete pleasure to deal with. He is very laid back, honest, sincere and professional. I really believe he enjoys his job and cares about the customer. I doubt very seriously that anyone purchasing a new Mercedes was treated any better than my wife and I were. Thanks to Wes, it was absolutely the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had. More

We highly recommend you take a look at their used selection as well as their new cars. I can assure you that their prices were better and they were more eager to work with us than any car dealer in the Harrisburg area we contacted over the past two weeks or so. Thanks so much for your time and the deal you gave us on this used vehicle. We are extremely pleased! More

While I was not ready to buy a vehicle on my first visit, Jackie remained courteous and helpful without being persistent or aggressive. She provided both verbal and written information regarding the vehicles I was considering and was professional and customer service oriented at all times. Likewise, Austin Shemon was helpful with arranging the financial paperwork and advising my wife and I about additional options designed to protect our purchase beyond the factory and Certified Pre-owned agreement.
