I recently purchased a 2021 Explorer ST from Ganley Ford West. I first contacted Ganley through their internet portal. Morgan arranged confirmed availability of the vehicle I was interested in. She arranged for me to contact Austin Simmons when I came to the dealership. Morgan’s responses were timely and helpful. Austin greeted me right away at the dealership. We test drove the vehicle right away. Austin encouraged me to take a little extended drive along a daily route of mine. The purchasing process was smooth. There was a normal give and take during the final agreement. I felt that they made a good effort to get to the final number I wanted to be at. Matt the used car sales manager made an extra effort to get me the trade in I needed on my vehicle. The Explorer ST is an excellent vehicle. The car has a array of technology features. I also got a follow up call from Austin two weeks after the sale to see how things were going. Very good buying experience. More
