Hi, I’m Ava Williams! I’m originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’ve been with Galleria BMW for over 3 years. I began my career in the BDC department, moved into a Client Advisor role, and now I’m proud to be part of our finance department. Throughout my journey, my goal has always been the same: to create a smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for every customer. We had the best experience at Galleria BMW. Purchased a ‘26 x5 for myself. Started out online shopping and dealing with Austin in sales who then put me with Michelle in finance who worked her m Purchased a ‘26 x5 for myself. About a month later, again online, looking for my daughter a x1, ended up talking with Miles in sales (Austin was out) then once again with Michelle who, both times, went above and beyond. Then onto signing with Ava on one and a young gentleman on the other. I can not thank them enough for our experiences and it was definitely worth the 5 hour drive! More
