Horrific car buying experience I walked out of this dealership after being there for 2 hours. They totally insulted my intelligence. I did my homework and I knew what I would accept I walked out of this dealership after being there for 2 hours. They totally insulted my intelligence. I did my homework and I knew what I would accept for my trade-in. This was the first insult. When I asked for $300.00 more than they offered, I was told they could not do that. I was also asking for less than the median price I researched on kelley blue book. Because the dealer could not come close to what I asked for my trade in, I asked that the dealer put 4 new tires on the car since the tires looked quite worn (this was a certified used car with low mileage). I believe the sales person actually laughed and said "no, they''re not going to do that". Then I was told to appease me that they would give me a full tank of gas as opposed to their usual 1/2 tank that they normally give to there customers. (more insults). I consider myself an intelligent person and yet the contract was impossible to understand and I ultimately knew they were trying to get over on me. Finally, I was taken to the cashier where I was informed they were going to charge me over 2,000.00 than we had discussed earlier in the sale. This was the last straw. I asked them to shred all the paperwork and I walked out of the dealership. This was a horrible experience. I was disrespected and treated poorly. I would never recommend this dealer. Car buying should never be like this. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I was back and forth for about a week trying to decide what SUV/Truck to buy. Avi worked with me every step of the way. He was extremely patient and never once did I feel any pressure during this whole car buying experience. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and really seemed to care about my concerns. Naeem was a pleasure as well. The whole financial sit down can be an uneasy experience but he was able to get me through it without any issues. He explained everything and took his time, all the while making sure i understood all the documents i was signing. These two men are a great team; I would definitely recommend this dealership, more specifically, Avi as the salesperson because it seems as though he truly does care about the customer and then Naeem as as the financial employee to wrap up the deal. He was courteous, respectful, and attentive to all of my needs. I usually dread the whole car buying experience because I always am made to feel pressured by the salespeople. Avi really took the time to listen to what I wanted and never once did he make me feel uncomfortable. He gave me numerous options and we narrowed down which one best fit my needs and financial situation. We worked together and I was able to buy my new RAV without an issue! Because of his diligence, vast knowledge, communication skills and upbeat personality, I would definitely recommend him to others interested in buying a car. He was wonderful and I have NEVER met a salesperson who actually seemed to genuinely care about his customers. Just as an aside, when it came time to sign all the paperwork, I had to sit with Dylan Abel. He could learn a few things from Avi. I noticed he spoke rudely to Avi and I didn't appreciate that; Avi just let it slide and went on with our business. Dylan seemed bothered that he had to explain a few things to me on the paperwork; Naeem was out so Dylan had to assume his responsibilites and I don't think he was really interested in doing that.
