Words can’t explain how grateful I am for everyone at Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills. They have truly been a blessing to me and my growing family. I wasn’t even in the market for a new car, but u Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills. They have truly been a blessing to me and my growing family. I wasn’t even in the market for a new car, but unfortunately the Kia boys got me and stole my 2022 Kia Optima. The timing couldn’t have been worse—being so close to my due date with my first child, I didn’t need any added stress. I also no longer wanted another Kia or a car with a K in it as a matter of fact! I had a loan from my credit union but kept getting turned away by dealerships because I didn’t have extra funds to add on top of the check. But God… and John, along with the whole Suburban Toyota team, made it happen. Now, I won’t lie—I was turned down at first. But unlike others, they said they’d keep in touch if something changed. Not long after, I got that text: “Come on in and pick up your new car with the check you have in hand.” Not only did I get my car, but a sweet saleswoman even surprised me with a banana and Oreo’s—because we all know, the way to a pregnant woman’s heart is through snacks and stress relief. 🥹💙 From this day forward, Suburban Toyota is family. Especially John, who was truly God-sent. And as proof that everything works out the way it should, right as I was signing for my brand-new car and pulling off the lot, I got an email that my insurance had finally paid off the stolen Kia—lifting the stress of worrying about two car notes. 🙌🏾 Huge shoutout to John and the whole Suburban Toyota team, and of course Jeremy, who stayed late as the last one in the building to help finish our paperwork (while putting up with all my husband’s new dad jokes 😂). And get this—the very next day after signing, we realized I had forgotten to sign something. Instead of making me drive 40 minutes back, they literally sent someone to my house so I didn’t have to stress or travel. That’s real customer care right there! I had a very good experience with Issa Naalbandyan from Suburban Toyota in Farmington. We were in the market for a highlander with some specific options. Very respectful and friendly, my biggest concern was being taken advantage of as I never bought a car from a dealership in 30 years, as I had always driven a new company-owned/ maintained cars. For my wife, Noor and I, trust and honesty were a big factor as both of us didn’t want things that we had concern over or didn’t like/need. I am very pleased and happy to have worked with Issa (primarily) and his partner, Awring Ahmed to walk us through showing of the vehicles. I would very strongly recommend Issa and Awring – Great team, to all my family members and friends circle who are in market for new/used vehicles.
