I had a horrible experience at Royal Moore a couple of weeks ago. I had bought a car there a few years ago and decided to come back. They forgot my appointment (despite the fact the manager had called me weeks ago. I had bought a car there a few years ago and decided to come back. They forgot my appointment (despite the fact the manager had called me that morning to confirm), they did not pull up the car like they said they would, and paired me with the least knowledgeable sales person possible. When she finally found the car, she parked it in a really tight spot completely crooked. At the beginning of my test drive, I had to take the time to maneuver out of the spot. After she couldn’t answer any of my questions, I left in frustration and drove straight to Beaverton Toyota and bought a car. More

2018 Hyundai Tucson Jordan was such a great salesmen. I went to look at the Tucson on 11/16/19 with my son with out an appointment. He took care of me and to me to a lot Jordan was such a great salesmen. I went to look at the Tucson on 11/16/19 with my son with out an appointment. He took care of me and to me to a lot where the Tucson was located. Not once did he pressure me to buy the car or even mentioned it. Then we go on a test drive and allowed me to floor it and do what i wanted, My son enjoyed that. As we were going back to the dealership my son states he is hungry and that he wanted McDonald's. So Jordan sees a McDs down the road and lets me know that he is buying breakfast for me and my son. My son was grinning with such happiness. We get back to the dealership. We start working on some paper work, then allows my son to use his personal laptop to browse YouTube videos to keep him entertained. Long story short is that my partner did not come with to be able to continue to the process. Then we had to wait till Tuesday 11/19/19 to go back and finish up the process. The rest of the process was a bit lengthy but i guess it's typical. He is an awesome guy, he took everything to a personal level and discussed his personal life and everything. He is the type of guy you would want to go drink a beer and chat about life. GREAT experience overall besides the one hiccup. More
