Latif greeted us warmly on our first visit even though we did not have an appointment. We were searching for a new car and our first SUV. We are new to the Subaru family and had A LOT of questions which Lati did not have an appointment. We were searching for a new car and our first SUV. We are new to the Subaru family and had A LOT of questions which Latif fielded gracefully and with outstanding knowledge of the various styles and options. We ended up coming back for additional test drives before deciding on the Outback Wilderness. Each time we felt welcomed and not pressured. When we went through the purchase process, Corbin did a great job of explaining the various options of additional coverage. When we came back after a week to go over a few questions we had about the car, Jesse jumped right in to help when Latif was unavailable. We are looking forward to our continuing relationship with Five Star Subaru. More

Since I already had my mind made up as to what vehicle I was planning on purchasing, the staff had a pretty easy time dealing with me. Everyone I dealt with was attentive and helpful.
