You got me this time. after loosing two prior sales because of the sales dept. Finance dept needs to go over the price in detail. They try to con you with just a pmt amount not showing how they came u because of the sales dept. Finance dept needs to go over the price in detail. First off you’re dealership was referred to me by a co worker who spoke highly of your dealership, of course I reached out even though I’m in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville area with plenty of regular c worker who spoke highly of your dealership, of course I reached out even though I’m in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville area with plenty of regular customer service car dealerships I first spoke with Bari on Sunday 01/24 and had a good first impression until I gave him all the information he requested then not a peep the rest of the day until after 6pm saying super busy I get it but making a sincere promise to contact me next morning to get this rolling as I had expressed the time sensitive urgency more than once So Monday came nothing until I act reached out several times explaining once again my need He finally connected to let me on that afternoon he was out sick which I understand but guaranteed me he was handling it with someone else to reach out to me to finish this deal for Again nothing, no contact at all..... now we are into Tuesday I spoke with him per my reaching out again him explaining still sick but going in and I would definitely hear from him in 2 hours as of now that was at 10:48 and it’s now 7:27 pm Since when do I or should I beg to give you my business Again all on a referral and you did have the better selection of pre owned Honda Fits but really ??? I will ensure I spread this as far as I can on social media because in today’s environment this is unacceptable business behavior Even though I’m here and you’re there does it mean out of sight out of mind So disappointed More

Signed a purchase agreement for a used vehicle and had financing from my personal bank. Signed all the necessary documents at the dealership. Got home signed all my loan documents with my bank and they ma financing from my personal bank. Signed all the necessary documents at the dealership. Got home signed all my loan documents with my bank and they mailed the check. Apparently it was never marked sold or anything, so after the salesman that "sold" it to me clocked out. It was resold. So now I have to pay some interest on a loan with no vehicle. Not to mention no one had the testicular fortitude to call me and notify me, it was done over text. More
