This dealership has become a joke! It’s like they don’t fix your car purposely I don’t get it… the amount of trips I’ve had to the service department with unresolved problems in the la It’s like they don’t fix your car purposely I don’t get it… the amount of trips I’ve had to the service department with unresolved problems in the last 6 months is unreal it’s not okay it doesn’t matter if it’s warranty work or not. They think the whole world has time and money to throw around like it’s nothing and when you get fed up with service and try and speak to the gm you won’t get ahold of him …. I told the service manager last time I was there I was still going to leave my review on the dealership and how things are going around there… as I was leaving my most recent trip two more unhappy customers walked through the door wondering why they hadn’t been picked up because they were forgotten about and they’re car had taken all week still wasn’t done even though they had been told over and over it was going to be done before Friday. Like I said earlier they think everyone has extra money, time and energy to keep dealing with it. Not to mention the state on your interior of your car when the service is complete , I finally spoke up about the filthiness I was getting my truck back in and they corrected that problem lol.
