I’ve always been treated very well in the service department. I had the Ford credit card for years, until it was closed because there was a replacement card. I also use the Ford rewards app. I get coupons in the mail regularly. I have never paid full price for an oil change before, or felt like I was trying to be sold things I didn’t need. This visit felt a bit different. The service rep was struggling to let me use a coupon on my oil change, and tried to get me to replace parts that I had just replaced within the year. I hope this is not how my services will be in the future. I’d hate to have to change after all these years. More
