What I have learned about this Dealer’s Service Center is they are not proactive only reactive. They don’t do enough to make sure your vehicle is 100% mechanically correct. Must return at a different time they are not proactive only reactive. They don’t do enough to make sure your vehicle is 100% mechanically correct. Must return at a different time for each issue. Barry Jensen is the most wonderful service advisor to work with. He always makes sure my needs are met and will suggest that I might also need an oil change. Service advisor Mike that the turbo will need to be replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. He explained that while doing the test drive, he noticed that the front tires we replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. He explained that while doing the test drive, he noticed that the front tires were noisy. He suggested that a tire rotation would help. All repairs are completed and I'm satisfied with how the F250 with a 7.3 diesel is running. I trust the staff that worked with me. More
