Tenvoorde is great. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else, however the last visit was disapointing. They put my new side mirror on and now the window switch is just hangin I wouldnt take my car anywhere else, however the last visit was disapointing. They put my new side mirror on and now the window switch is just hanging there. Didnt bother to put it back together properly. I would like that fixed. Im not happy about it. More

At first the supervisor was sure that my problem was not caused by previous service and it took a lot of communication to get to a resolve and was later found that the issue indeed was from previous service caused by previous service and it took a lot of communication to get to a resolve and was later found that the issue indeed was from previous service. I was just a little disappointed that I could not get a rental car , when my car had to be there for 3 weeks. I was suppose to get paperwork sent to me about the work they did on my car, but never received rental car , when my car had to be there for 3 weeks.
