Kind of hit and miss on what to expect. I secheduled an appoiment and got the email comfirming. When I arrived they had no record of it. They had called me several hours earlier but called the wrong number, not the one I gave him. Staff is always friendly but system may need some work. Tenvoorde is great. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else, however the last visit was disapointing. They put my new side mirror on and now the window switch is just hangin I wouldnt take my car anywhere else, however the last visit was disapointing.
