Unexpected charges, does not own up to mistakes. Service writer’s are either incompetent or intentionally misleading customers. I was charged $16.15 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS/ SUPPLIES for a tire repair.I requested new wiper blades if the new ones were identical to the original.I was assured they would be. They are a cheaper brand and now I will have to replace them with the ones that were on my vehicle.This is the latest screwup I requested my GPS be updated for my mapping and was charged $165.00 and the mapping was not updated.This is what generated the numerous calls that were not returned.
