Ben, my Service Technician was great ! He offered to wash my car after the oil change. Which delighted me ! He presented me with the other service items on my car that need attention. Explained his findings, yet he didn't pressure me to have them done at that time. He did present me with the cost for both issues, which is very helpful in keeping up with the necessary service and running conditon of my car, all while giving me what the expected cost will be.
I so appreciate his personality. He is always very polite and professional. Never pressuring me, or making me feel like he is doing me a favor by waiting on me. I would definately recommend the Service department at Hagerstown Kia. The Service Manager, Matt is also very customer friendly and treats everyone like your family.

I was very impressed with the Kia dealership. I had to get some service work done on my Kia and the process went very smooth. My wife and I were in the market for a mini van so I spoke with Jim while they worked on our vehicle. Jim showed us the new mini vans and I was very impressed. I expressed to Jim exactly what I was looking for and he did not push to sell us one from the lot but went a search out what we was looking for. He found exactly what we wanted down to the color. I left Kia feeling like part of the family.
