I will be the first to admit, as a potential buyer, I am not the easiest to please. Pair my high expectations with incredibly limited (and I mean astoundingly limited) knowledge of the current market and vehicle technology and you have a tough job! Christian took the time to listen to the features that were important to me and never tried to sell me on something I did not want- zero aggressive sales tactics. He put in the time and work to find a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and could not be further than the negative "car salesman" stereotype. Once Christian helped find the perfect vehicle, his colleague Ben Bleed assisted with financing. I was expecting this aspect to be stressful, but finalizing the purchase with Ben was a breeze. Ben took the time to explain all options and answer every one of my questions so that I could feel confident in the buying process. Ben is no rookie-and it shows, he is exactly the type of business manager I (and probably, everyone) would like to work with when making such a large purchase. I would have a tough time coming up with constructive criticism or any negative feedback regarding my experience--and that's a first!
