I just returned home with my new Lexus! I've been planning to buy this car for the last two years, and was very excited since I haven't had a NEW car since my 1997 Lexus; however, I was als I've been planning to buy this car for the last two years, and was very excited since I haven't had a NEW car since my 1997 Lexus; however, I was also really nervous about all of the technology, as I'm very awkward with all technology. From the moment we met our salesman, Giovanni Benitez, I started to feel more at ease. They didn't have the exact car we wanted, so it had to be ordered, but arrived even sooner than expected. Giovanni kept me informed on a regular basis as we also discussed delivery dates, financing, and other issues. Ben, the finance manager, was very efficient and informative and made the process simple and stress-free. I was pretty nervous when Giovanni took us to the car for the tutorial, but he was very patient and gave me the confidence I needed to learn to operate this wonderful luxury vehicle. He told me I can come back again for further instruction and tutorials and that he would always be willing to help out. As we departed, both Ben and Giovanni were sure to let us know that we can count on them to be there for us for any further information and/or concerns.
