We are older so we are not technology competent but he was very patient and went over everything at our pace and did not rush us. Dealership was setup great. The business manager took care of everything for the financial part of the deal. The detail job they did on the vehicle made it sparkle. They even used a clay bar on the paint finish. The SUV looked fantastic on delivery. They even have a free hand wash program every Saturday for their customers. I was very satisfied and they were incredibly easy to work with. It was a great experience and we will certainly look to purchase our next vehicle with them. I sincerely recommend this dealership for a new or used vehicle purchase. They are a great car dealership!!!! More

Best experience yet of buying a car From start to finish, this dealership is amazing. I found my car online and had my brother who lives in Rockford test drove it for me. Chris Beto ,the salesman is easy to work with and there was no high pressure at all. When my husband and I got to the dealership, Chris met us at the door, showed us the car and spent a measurable amount of time explaining all the technical stuff that comes on the car. The amount we had agreed on for the car over the phone was honored and Ben in the finance department was also easy. He explained different warranties to us but again there was no pressure to buy extra. We bought a Lexus 350 RX 2019 certified preowned and a absolutely love it. I highly recommend this dealership!!
