It was ok, but they did not top off washer fluid, check the steering wheel buttons that were also listed as an issue, was suppose to be ready Saturday, but no word from them, so had to call them Monday. The best Ford dealer in the area but facility is dated. The service person polite and professional. I asked for oil change and got a full service…filters, tire rotation etc. I am happy I got it but it woul The service person polite and professional. The service took 2 hours and 30 minutes. Very long! Other customers were complaining and having arguments with your staff. Definitely an area for improvement. I hope this helps. More
