The moment I walked in with my family we had an instant welcoming feeling It's very refreshing to see a car dealership that cares about the customer. The moment I walked in with my family we had an instant welcoming feeling. It reminded me of an old time family dealership. Not a chain of scripted car salesman going through thier protocalls. I was very impressed with the entire staff. Kellie was just amazing, going beyond our expectations. Michael was knowledgeable and was another factor in our wonderful experience. Ben was the manager who would not quit until we were completely satisfied with our deal. It's so nice to go to a 'good ole' car dealership without the brainwashed sales associates who offer you a take it or leave it mentality!! Bravo Mazda of Palm Beach. Hidden Gem of a Dealership I decided to try Mazda of Palm Beach after I had went to another dealership in Palm Beach and had a bad experience. When I arrived at the Mazda in Nor I decided to try Mazda of Palm Beach after I had went to another dealership in Palm Beach and had a bad experience. When I arrived at the Mazda in North Palm I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, this dealership is so beautiful and clean! The people were all so friendly and professional and did not talk down to me like some do. They answered all my questions and were quite patient with me. I was not pressured at all. I test drove a few cars until I found the one that was my dream car. I am now the proud owner of a Mazda CX5. More
