I was shopping for luxury vehicles at BMW, Porsche, Genesis, and Mercedes and was disappointed and left feeling that a luxury badge doesn’t mean luxury service. That was until I met Mark Mauricio at Bi Genesis, and Mercedes and was disappointed and left feeling that a luxury badge doesn’t mean luxury service. That was until I met Mark Mauricio at Big Star Cadillac. He was no-nonsense, no games, and no pressure. He easily took my custom build order with no fuss. I was literally done in 10 minutes. After a while I changed my mind and wanted a model in the showroom. Mark was flexible and there to help provide info. When I went home to think about things I texted Mark with questions. He always responded quickly and with detailed pictures. I knew this was the car, and this was the guy. I took my wife to see the car and he gave us the space we needed to talk privately without being overbearing. The deal was fair, transparent, and quick. After the sale there were a few unexpected mechanical hiccups with the car and Mark was there to take of me, interface with service, and ensured I had another car to drive. He could have abandoned me after the sale but he didn’t. So if you’re wanting a luxury experience, a communicative salesperson that respects your time, a fair deal, and service after the sale, then Mark Mauricio can be your guy too. More
