Love my new Malibu I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Sapaugh. I got a great price on a great car. Jim Haar was my salesman and he’s a super nice guy, wa I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Sapaugh. I got a great price on a great car. Jim Haar was my salesman and he’s a super nice guy, wasn’t overly aggressive at all, which I appreciate. While waiting on paperwork Jim walked me over to the other building and got some bbq burgers and brats. Headed back, finished out the paperwork and drove off with my new car. I couldn’t have been happier More

See commits The only complaint I have is that I purchased a vehicle wrote the check.. told the salesman that I'd be back in 2 hours with my trade in, the title an The only complaint I have is that I purchased a vehicle wrote the check.. told the salesman that I'd be back in 2 hours with my trade in, the title and the extra key. ..please have the paperwork ready... when I came back 2 hours later none of the paperwork was ready the salesman was waiting on someone else...after over a hour of us waiting for him, he finely had a different salesman do our paperwork... which took another hour and a half...I was late for my extra job because the paperwork wasn't ready then was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes until a finance guy would be available to complete the title work. ... the worse part of it all was that I paid for the car in full... there is no loan paperwork that needed filled out... and I was 2 hours late for my second job... the salesman was for the start was upfront and didn't give me the typical salesman b.s. that I liked... they did try to be nice but after waiting that long I was not on friendly terms... I work several jobs so I can purchase things like cars and only have to write one check. ...buying a vehicle should not be a all day event and I tried to avoid that but. ... More
