Fast and Friendly! Had the ABS light coming on every now and then when I bought my vehicle. My awesome salesman told me to bring it back if it came back on and it did s Had the ABS light coming on every now and then when I bought my vehicle. My awesome salesman told me to bring it back if it came back on and it did several times but would clear itself so I put it off for a while and finally got it over there when the light was on. Not only did they figure it out but the part was there in 20 minutes and they got it on quick so I could get back to work! I expected to have to come back another time for it to be fixed but for them to quickly get it done so I could keep my vehicle was a HUGE help for me and greatly appreciated!!! Keep up the good work guys!!! More

Fantastic Almost immediately before coming here, I had a salesman try to get me to buy a new car, beyond my budget, regardless of having told him beforehand. Being a student, I don’t have much wiggle room in my budget. After his pushing towards something that wasn’t even a viable option, we left. When I came to Joe Machens Capital City Ford, we told Ben McGrail what we came to look at and what my budget was. We were looking at a car a little below the budget initially, but he suggested something else. Not anything beyond what I could afford, but right at it. To put it short, I drove away today with that car. Mike Slinkerd was straightforward about what we were doing and understood there wasn’t room for anything beyond the given budget, and though he informed us of available options, didn’t try and push where there was nothing to gain. Overall, my experience was excellent and would happily come back, and suggest this dealership to others. More

I Identified a car I liked on their CPO lot online, got in correspondence with a couple of Sales guys, and set a time to get it out for a drive when I was in town. Wound up driving home in said vehicle in less than two and a half hours at the Dealer. The price for the car was far below the KBB, and they gave me above the KBB on the trade in. All in all they seemed to be more interested in happy customers than gouging them for every penny. Do your homework on the vehicle you are looking for and go to Machens, you'll be happy you did. P.S.- Don't skip the Slushie machine on your way to finance More
