I showed up at the dealership and was looking at the differences in vehicles from a Tahoe and a Traverse. I was really impressed with the lay out of the Traverse. I didn't have alot of time to really sit down and crame numbers and Dickie Heckler was very polite and curtious. I had my 4 yr old son and 6 month old little girl and we put a both car sits in the vehicle and I felt like I was not just another customer. Dickie Heckler had took the day off Friday June the 8th and meet Keith James he was kind enough to go through all the features of the Traverse and was willing to drive the car for me while I road in the passenger seat. It was ranning pretty good that day. I was able to observe his driving and the handling of the vehicle watching him. On June the 9th 2012 I purchased my new 2012 Traverse. The sales men was both there that day and got my phone set up with blue tooth and it was just a great buying experience. I will and have recommended both sales men and the dealership and will be back for my routine services and in time my next new vehicle. Thank You all Jeff Aycock. More

I have been a Pete Moore customer for about 15 years and have always been happy with their sales, service, and customer support. When my son's BMW lease was ending, I convinced him to consider the Chevy Ma have always been happy with their sales, service, and customer support. When my son's BMW lease was ending, I convinced him to consider the Chevy Malibu. There was absolutely no pressure, just great customer service. Joe Jones showed us the Malibu’s and was very knowledgeable on the features and benefits and patiently answered our questions. Ben Myers searched available inventory to find vehicles with the colors and options that my son preferred. My son was still considering other vehicles and wanted time to think about his decision. The next day, my son made up his mind and let Joe know which Malibu he wanted. When we went to get the car, Joe had all the paperwork ready and even the financing was easy. Joe did an excellent job going over the Malibu's features and before we knew it, we were on our way with a new car. My son summed it up by say, "This was the best car buying experience I have ever had." This comes from someone whose last two new vehicles were BMWs. More

Let me start by saying how much I hate buying a vehicle, not the money so much as dealing with a car salesperson. That being said Pete Moore is the exception to this, this is the 5th vehicle we've purchase not the money so much as dealing with a car salesperson. That being said Pete Moore is the exception to this, this is the 5th vehicle we've purchased from this dealership. Keith James was our salesmen for our new truck, he was knowledgeable & concise, he anticipated our questions and gave us more information with the most pleasant demeanor I've ever encountered from any salesperson. Make sure if you go to Pete Moore ask for Keith James. Ben Myers, sales mgr. is of course the reason we bought our 1st vehicle at Pete Moore Chevy, and is the reason we continue to buy cars and trucks there.
