Fantastic! This is my second lease through Infiniti of Gwinnett. I wish I had known about them before. Previously I had purchased an M37 from another Atlanta d This is my second lease through Infiniti of Gwinnett. I wish I had known about them before. Previously I had purchased an M37 from another Atlanta dealership whose customer service after the sale was very lacking. I had a 5-year note that was burdensome and went on whim to Infiniti of Gwinnett to see if I could get out from under it. Craig Hooten worked his magic. I unloaded the M37 purchase, obtained a QX50 lease, and now, 3 years later, am driving an absolutely fabulous QX30 Sport that Ben Waldon showed me. Craig and Ben were super-friendly and -helpful as was Sam Ghazal. I am extremely satisfied with how I was treated and with the deal I received. If Infiniti of Gwinnett were a human being, I would ask for its hand in marriage! :) I highly recommend Infiniti of Gwinnett. They receive an A+ across the board from me. If you have to drive a number of miles to get there to obtain a vehicle or have service done, I urge you to do so. I drive 25 miles one way to get there when I could drive 7 to the other Infiniti dealership. You won't be sorry. More

Once I arrived I liked the QX60 on the showroom floor better than the QX50 as originally planned. Finance made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. When my husband and I returned the next evening to sign all paperwork was completed and we were in and out of there in no time flat. No haggling back and forth for hours as I have ran into at other high end dealerships. Benjamin, Darrell and the finance team were outstanding. More

If you don't know, that is always a concern of seniors. Once Craig had completed the initial steps, Ben Walden took over and was equally as kind and patient. Ben finalized everything and "HAD MY CAR DELIVERED TO MY DOOR". That accommodation was simply incredible to me. (My friends found that pretty incredible too.)
