Everything was fantastic from the moment we entered the showroom to the time we drove away. We actually leased two 2024 Lyriqs within two weeks and both times Benito offered stellar services. We like our new vehicle but still have an issue with stereo that came with car. We expressed one of our main requests would be the Bose system. When car was delivered from different dealership it did no stereo that came with car. We expressed one of our main requests would be the Bose system. When car was delivered from different dealership it did not have the stereo we requested. The salesperson informed me we could have gotten it for an additional 6000$ dollars. We have spoken with individuals who have gotten our model at our price with the Bose system. Again, we are happy with the vehicle but it doesn’t change the fact that sometimes getting you in a car is more important than getting you exactly what you wanted . This stereo could have been included in the vehicle at our price.It’s our fault for accepting the vehicle without what we requested. More
