I came into Big Star Cadillac back on March 11,2023 and it was the first time I ever stepped into a Cadillac dealership. Benito Sanchez came out to greet my brother and myself and was friendly and polite. it was the first time I ever stepped into a Cadillac dealership. Benito Sanchez came out to greet my brother and myself and was friendly and polite. Benito assured me after test driving the XT4, I could go to his office and order one with all the specifications I wanted. We did just that and it was the first time I’ve ever been told I could order my new car custom built just the way I wanted it! My experience has been great so far and I’m looking forward to my journey with my first cadillac and Big Star! More
