My husband and I went to Galleria BMW in Biloxi Mississippi to look at an X3, we were immediately met by Ben, he was a rock star. Ben took time to show us the X3s on the lot he was patient with me because I was not sure what I wanted. The entire staff was 100% interested in what we were looking for and the amount of money was wanted to spend. Cody in finance was amazing, he took time to explain everything we needed to know about the protection options and never made us feel pressured to purchase anything we were uncomfortable purchasing.
