I live in NJ and saw the car I was looking for on their website. I was very hesitant at first because the dealership is 2 1/2 hours away from my house. I started off by exchanging emails with Benn Edwards, my salesman. I immediately felt comfortable in my communications with him. I explained that I was out of state and my hesitation with making the trip down to Maryland. Benn was very transparent and upfront with all parts of the transaction. A true professional! Before I made the trip down he had me speak to Hassan Kholfi, the finance manager. I had an excellent experience as well with Hassan. He assured me that I would have a smooth experience when I got down to Maryland and he was right. When I arrived, the car was out front, detailed and ready to be test driven. The car was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Benn and Hassan were very accommodating and welcoming. I test drove the car, loved it, and began the process of filling out all the paperwork. Everything went very quick and smooth. There were no games played and before I knew it I was on my way back to NJ with my new car! I highly recommend anybody looking for a new or used BMW, to seek out Benn Edwards at BMW of Catonsville. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! More
