I live in Northern Virginia and it was well worth the hour-long drive. My sales rep Benn Edwards helped me get the car featured the way that I wanted it, along with several nice discounts/incentives. Rather than simply try to sell me a car off their lot, he encouraged me to order the car that would truly make me happy...and I am very happy! Although Benn was not in the day I picked up my new car, I was taken very good care of by his associate Joe and sales manager Anthony. The closing/pick-up process was smooth and easy. I also enjoyed working with their Business Manager (finance guy) Samuel, as well. These are all BMW guys through and through, and they all make a great team! I can be a hard (strong-willed) customer at times, but the staff at BMW of Catonsville is clearly dedicated to their customers and provide a superior level of service that puts their customers at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW. Even if you live outside the area, they are worth going to for their 5 Star service!!! More

I live in NJ and saw the car I was looking for on their website. I was very hesitant at first because the dealership is 2 1/2 hours away from my house. I started off by exchanging emails with Benn Edwards, my salesman. I immediately felt comfortable in my communications with him. I explained that I was out of state and my hesitation with making the trip down to Maryland. Benn was very transparent and upfront with all parts of the transaction. A true professional! Before I made the trip down he had me speak to Hassan Kholfi, the finance manager. I had an excellent experience as well with Hassan. He assured me that I would have a smooth experience when I got down to Maryland and he was right. When I arrived, the car was out front, detailed and ready to be test driven. The car was exactly as advertised with no surprises. Benn and Hassan were very accommodating and welcoming. I test drove the car, loved it, and began the process of filling out all the paperwork. Everything went very quick and smooth. There were no games played and before I knew it I was on my way back to NJ with my new car!
