When we arrived the receptionist linked us up with Ben Edwards & from there he went right to work trying to find the right car for my wife. Within minutes we were looking at the car she owns today, we ju Edwards & from there he went right to work trying to find the right car for my wife. Within minutes we were looking at the car she owns today, we just finished all the paper work early this morning, he went over all the instruments, made sure we were comfortable, asked if we needed anything & his focus was on us. This was genuine and not fake, I've been to hundreds of dealerships and can't wait to purchase my next BMW from Russel. Oh and by the way Ben kept his word he said that Larry Cash would get my wife in that car & he did. My hat go's off to them both, they are very professional and my wife and I are grateful. I can't wait to go back & purchase my next vehicle. Thanks guys...!! More
