The whole team is helpful I had an idea of what I wanted... it was either an X1 or X3. I visited the showroom and met Benn. He was helpful in answering my questions and getting me some information I didn't feel like looking up myself. The next time I visited, Benn was busy.. instead of waiting, he had one of his colleagues help me and take me on a test drive. I thought that was really cool, considering they work on commission, they still act as a team! The paperwork was easy, Benn & Sam were very organized. They helped me with getting the right insurance as well. The last part of the process was the best... taking delivery and spending time with the "Genius". A younger gentleman named Jake walked me though the ins and outs of my new X1. He paired my phone, showed me all the features, AND gave me his cell and told me to call or text if I ever had questions. A great experience overall, centered around customer service and never "sales-y". More

I said sure but I know you're closing in 30 minutes. He said whatever you need and however long it takes I am here to help you. We went for a test drive. Benn answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or got the feeling they wanted to close.
