I called him a few days earlier and explained what I was looking for and he followed up with a phone call the next day and told me he had the vehicle I was interested in. On arrival to the dealership he laid out my choices and provided ample time for me to review, ask questions, etc. I drove home with the vehicle that night, probably kept him a bit late. As a Client Advisor (Salesperson) Benn is unique because he's not pushy and as demonstrated during our 1st encounter he places the need of the customer (My Wife then) above making a sale. The whole team is helpful I had an idea of what I wanted... it was either an X1 or X3. I visited the showroom and met Benn. He was helpful in answering my questions and getti I had an idea of what I wanted... it was either an X1 or X3. I visited the showroom and met Benn. The next time I visited, Benn was busy.. instead of waiting, he had one of his colleagues help me and take me on a test drive. I thought that was really cool, considering they work on commission, they still act as a team! The paperwork was easy, Benn & Sam were very organized. They helped me with getting the right insurance as well. The last part of the process was the best... taking delivery and spending time with the "Genius". A younger gentleman named Jake walked me though the ins and outs of my new X1. He paired my phone, showed me all the features, AND gave me his cell and told me to call or text if I ever had questions. A great experience overall, centered around customer service and never "sales-y". More
