Excellent! I had some work done at the Collision Center. Everything went really well. They really went out of their way to make sure that it was a positive expe I had some work done at the Collision Center. Everything went really well. Poor communications Mechanic who worked on my truck did not contact me to advise he was not applying the safety recall due to my bull bar being on the truck. I was not af Mechanic who worked on my truck did not contact me to advise he was not applying the safety recall due to my bull bar being on the truck. I was not afforded a call to ask my opinion. They made it for me and didn't make it clear as to why. Only after i got home dis i see in the paperwork it was not applied for the reason noted above. A toyota recall was not applied and my truck is vulnerable to malfunction and someone possibly getting hurt. Any other time if there was an issue i got a call to discuss and provide in put. When i spoke to the tech on the phone I asked why he didn't call and he said they’t do that and its a good idea to start that. Really!? More
