Beth Kaiser and all the staff at Glenn's service department were very helpful and friendly. I have come in for my regular service three times now without an appointment and still got my car serviced department were very helpful and friendly. I had my 2012 Toyota Camry in for 15,000 mile service. Everyone was very nice and cheerful. I had a question about the mileage number on the service sticker which they explained. Stopped in dealership late in afternoon to see if possible to get needed service as early as possible next day (i.e. 7:00AM) so I could keep early business appt. Beth Kaiser checked schedules of tech possible to get needed service as early as possible next day (i.e. 7:00AM) so I could keep early business appt. Beth Kaiser checked schedules of technicians and suggested that service could be performed immediately and be done in about 1 hour - thus saving me a trip back to dealership the next morning. Complete service needed was done in exactly 1 hour. As always, Beth "went the extra mile" to provide best customer service. More

I travel quite a bit, and have to get my car serviced at I travel quite a bit, and have to get my car serviced at different dealerships all the time, and I have never been as compelled to write a review of I travel quite a bit, and have to get my car serviced at different dealerships all the time, and I have never been as compelled to write a review of this type, until today. Beth was fantastic, and took care of everything that I needed addressing some concerns that I had after hitting some road debris on the highway. Doug, the Service Manager, greeted me and made sure that I was being well taken care of. Thank goodness that there are still places like this out there that still believe in customer service. Thanks again, and I'll be sure to come see you again the next time I'm in your area!! More
