I went to Ricart not sure if I wanted to even purchase a vehicle that day or what car I wanted a Fusion or a Taurus if I did. Josh was very patient with us let us try out both vehicles and helped us make up vehicle that day or what car I wanted a Fusion or a Taurus if I did. Everyone involved with our purchase was very helpful and didn't make us feel rushed in fact everyone stayed past closing answered all our questions. Josh even called a couple days later to see if I had any other questions he might be able to help me with. More

It was 7:45pm on a Saturday night when I walked into the Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RIC Ford dealership; had been on the Ricart premises ALL DAY going from dealer to dealer with no luck. I knew the dealership closed at 8pm, but ROSS RICART greeted me and my husband as if time stood still. I can't even express how comfortable he made me feel from the moment I walked into the door. The people in financing/management WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME to get me into the brand new car I ultimately picked out at the Ford dealership; they were just as determined as I was to get me into a new car at the price I could afford...... Says a lot for a car dealership. This was my first experience at Ricart and I can't believe I ever bought from anyone else. I will be a lifelong customer from this point forward. The experience was exactly what they advertise; Fast, Easy and Fun!! THANK YOU RICART FORD!!!! More

As a previous reviewer said, I have had other type's of sales experience, but none were as good as mine here at Ricart Ford. I did my home work, I knew what I wanted and what price I would pay. He could answer any question I had on the 2013 F-150 Ford. And was a very professional salesman. I was surprised at the quote I was given as to how close we were on what I thought would be a fair price. During the whole process of purchasing my new truck, Gary, Doug, Bill and Chane were very professional and could answer any question I asked. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for a good experience. More

I built and priced a Ford Focus online and landed myself on a particular car I found at Ricart. I did my credit app and worked the numbers over the phone. I drove 3 hours to get to this dealership. When I a on a particular car I found at Ricart. I did my credit app and worked the numbers over the phone. I drove 3 hours to get to this dealership. When I arrived it was to be a done deal (sign and drive). I found a dent in the passenger door which they said would be easy to fix. The Tronny and Doug argued with me and my wife about the dent's visibility. After about 45 minutes of waiting they brought the car back. I asked to drive it and was responded to with a reluctant attitude. While driving the dashboard rattled with every line on the road. When we arrived back at the dealership, we noticed the dent wasn't completely gone but had a rippled appearance. My wife and I left the lot to talk about the situation and came back later. They offered the pro-tec protection system to me for $495 instead of $1895 for compensation for the dent. I told them no. I also informed them of a local dealership that came in at almost $1000 cheaper on the out the door price for the same car. Doug McFarland, reached out his hand to shake and said, "I guess we don't have a deal. Have a nice day." I spent an entire day for a supposed done deal and then turned away 7 hours later. They supposedly offer $1000 if they can't beat their competition. They didn't attempt to fix the situation, beat their competitor, or even try to be honest. This is my first experience here and will be my last. I was already landed, price negotiated, and ready to sign. How do you mess that up? More

I have lived in Columbus all my life (48 years) and I have bought vehicles from other dealerships in the Columbus region. This was the first time I would have to say I should of done all my business at R have bought vehicles from other dealerships in the Columbus region. This was the first time I would have to say I should of done all my business at Ricart. I highly recommend to check out on how they sell vehicles. Bill Mcdaniel had the truck ready for me and wasvery easy to work with. I really enjoy the whole experince and was in and out within a few hours. All the managers were great and made sure I was 100% satisfied. More

Ricart Ford is #1 in my book for Sales, Service and customer satisfaction..I told them what I was looking for (new 2012 Ford Flex Titinum Edition, Ricart did not have one on their lot but within minute customer satisfaction..I told them what I was looking for (new 2012 Ford Flex Titinum Edition, Ricart did not have one on their lot but within minutes the manager found one for me!! The Flex was than brought to Ricart Ford and it was the exact vehicle I was looking for!! There was NO PRESSURE..NO GAMES..NO TRICKS..NO GIMMICKS!!!
