For me they took service to a new level in covering an out of warranty repair problem for a Cherokee I hadn't even bought from them and where other dealerships wouldn't help. Even a rental was provided while repairs were being done. I drove an hour + away for this experience and was definitely worth the drive! I have received warranty and accessory work from the Service Department. I and very satisfied with Bill Cannato and his team members Adam Burwell and Bill Whipple. I am 66 years old and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I have never had a pleasing F&I experience. This all changed when I dealt with Michael Arnoff. What a professional! He goes out of his way and caters to a buyers needs and requests. To summarize I am very satisfied with this Ganley dealership. It makes the 30 mile, 40 minute drive from my home worthwhile. More
