They are pleasant, non aggressive and are interested in having you leave feeling good about having been there. For me they took service to a new level in covering an out of warranty repair problem for a Cherokee I hadn't even bought from them and where other dealerships wouldn't help. Even a rental was provided while repairs were being done. I drove an hour + away for this experience and was definitely worth the drive! They are always very professional and have accommodated us with loaner vehicles while ours have been in for service. Hats off to Justin Taylor, Henry Bailey, Kenny Kukwa, Rich Baron and Bill Cannato in service. We can be a handful to deal with, but they handle all of our transactions with professionalism and joke with us throughout, we know they will always give us the best deal and take care of us long after the purchases have been made. Car buying made easy. I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 3 years from Henry Bailey. The negotiations were simple and the trade-in values were what I expected. The delivery and help with accessories was outstanding. Henry keeps in touch electronically throughout the year and I hope that his career is long with Ganley as I will look to him for my next purchase. I have received warranty and accessory work from the Service Department. I and very satisfied with Bill Cannato and his team members Adam Burwell and Bill Whipple. I am 66 years old and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I have never had a pleasing F&I experience. This all changed when I dealt with Michael Arnoff. What a professional! He goes out of his way and caters to a buyers needs and requests. To summarize I am very satisfied with this Ganley dealership. It makes the 30 mile, 40 minute drive from my home worthwhile. More
