Colonial VW is the ONLY place I trust with my 2015 Golf R. The service Team of Billy, John, Dylan and Bill are top notch. I used to work in automotive parts and service and can appreciate how difficult and R. The service Team of Billy, John, Dylan and Bill are top notch. This team provides timely and excellent service with clear communication. On the sales side, Pierre Saliba is my go-to guy, although I'm sure he wishes I'd wear out my cars faster. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Purchased two cars through this dealership. The second purchase was a replacement vehicle for the first because of manufacturing issues with the car (VW Atlas). Going through the VW Corp. repurchase prog purchase was a replacement vehicle for the first because of manufacturing issues with the car (VW Atlas). Going through the VW Corp. repurchase program was a first for Cal our Sales Associate. Going through the repurchase program was a long arduous process but we eventually made it with a replacement vehicle for the first one we purchased. We had a very positive experience with Cal for the original vehicle purchase. He was also supportive of us going through VW’s repurchase program helping us out as much as he could along the way. We are happy with the replacement vehicle. At pick up, We had a positive experience and it was apparent Cal had a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles. He walked us through the features of the vehicles and answered all our questions. He continues to be available post purchase for any questions we have with the new vehicle.. More

Brought my 2019 Tiguan in for first service maintenance. Need 2 rear tires at 15k miles. Both worn on inner edge down to the steel belt. Service dept not helpful at all in trying to figure out how this hap Need 2 rear tires at 15k miles. Both worn on inner edge down to the steel belt. Service dept not helpful at all in trying to figure out how this happens or why they didn’t see it when they checked my tires a month ago. They just kept saying potholes. I know I didnt hit potholes but it’s an SUV. Should a pot hole throw the alignment off that much. Careless mistakes like not replacing my stem covers when they checked my tires a month before When the pressure light kept coming on. And telling me They replaced my fob battery when they did not. No loaner car available until I complained then magically one appeared. They did not offer any info About specials available until I checked website. I felt like they did not care and that they were working against me. More
