2019 Highlander Limited. So to be fair I had already test drove and new EXACTLY what I wanted but the local dealer said they couldn't get the color I wanted. Yet I found one by going individual dealer websites and worked my way out. Found not one but two in Elk Grove. In steps Bill Gann. He emailed me right away and we basically did all the numbers and basic paperwork over the phone. I was driving two hours to get the car so I didn't want to spend two or more hours there. I'm not the "easiest" person to deal with and having four other cars here at the house I didn't have to buy the thing. Bill was very friendly and helpful. At NO point did I ever feel the typical dealership pressure. He was always very fast at responding to questions. He had me in and out in no time so I could sit in the Hwy 80 Traffic and figure out all the gadgets on my now three hour drive back. Start to finish I am very happy with the whole experience. And I love the Highlander. Now if I can just force myself to sell off a couple of my other cars. LOL I am not an easy one to please as anyone who has worked for me or knows me will attest to. But I'm very please with Bill and all those that were part of this transaction. I just wish I could remember the names of the finance guy that helped me as well as the young man that showed me the crazy buttons on the car, got my phone linked and most importantly got me rocking with the XM so I could thank them on here as well. More

First Car Purchase Through The Costco Auto Program The first day I walked into Elk Grove Toyota, I was helped by Brian Rea. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and straight forward. For my first car purchase, I was able to get a more than what I wanted. Because of Brian Rea, I was able to get the Wind Chill Pearl with cockpit red interior Toyota Camry XSE! The car was in transit and took about two weeks to get to Elk Grove Toyota. As Brian promised, he emailed me updates on the status of my car, car arrival, and scheduled a time for delivery. Although Brian was not able to deliver the car, he ensured that the personable, kind, and customer service oriented, Bill Gann to assist me with the car delivery. As I walked in and briefly waited to meet with Bill Gann, he already had my car pulled up and was prepared to give me the car tour. In addition, he provide thorough and clear answers to my questions regarding insurance, low milage drivers, and pay options with the new credit card and car purchase recently in effect. I met with Albert Aguilar for financing options and add-ons. I really appreciated Albert's patience and ability to explain everything well. Per Bill Gann's request, Albert took care of me by giving a deal. He was also transparent with the paperwork. Although I didn't have my most recent paystub with me, Albert worked with me by allowing a picture of the my most recent paycheck sent via text. For this reason, I was able to drive with my car and not have to worry about returning to the Elk Grove Toyota twice in one day. There was a young gentleman who provided the car tour in detail. Unfortunately I cannot remember this name. He was very helpful. More
