The experience that Cathy gave was extremely professional as she worked with me and intently listened to me with what vehicle I was looking for and with what options and packages came with that vehicle. As I had purchased a brand new 2019 Ram 1500, I was not happy with certain features with the vehicle and Cathy was more than happy to assist me to find another vehicle to exchange the Ram for. Cathy sat and went over several vehicles she thought would fit what I was in search for. She has such patience in assisting me as well as she is not a pushy salesperson. She took the time to find the right vehicle for me and I ended up purchasing a 2018 Ram 1500 Limited. Cathy truly shows compassion with her customers and goes out of her way to do all she can to find the right vehicle for them. Charlie Browne handled all of the financing paperwork for the vehicle and kept me constantly updated on what extra information would be needed and where the process was at all times. He made the financing part of the purchase so easy and stressfree for me. Everyone who assisted me in this purchase was excellent to work with. I did not feel as if I was just another customer, between Cathy and Charlie they worked diligently with me on this purchase. I will definitely recommend Cathy McCarthey and Charlie Browne at Whitten Brothers of Ashland for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The experience with Cathy and Charlie has been a pleasure and I appreciate everything they did in order for me to find a vehicle I would be truly happy with. More

My troubles began a year ago when I purc What can I say, my experience dealing with Whitten Brothers of Ashland has been very pleasing and uplifting. My troubles began a year ago when I purchased a pre-certified 2016 RAM 1500 in May 2017. After only 1 month, the entire electronic system shutdown while driving. Went back to the dealer, no codes. Drove the truck and within about another month, the truck shutdown again. Again, no codes and no complaints within the Chrysler network. Dealer kept truck over a month and couldn't reproduce. Afterwards, I spoke with the service manager and after expressing how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with experience, he performed his own research and replaced ignition key module. I was very much appreciative and had no troubles for about 7 months until of April of this year (2018). Same electronic problem. So after the fourth time and in a situation that wasn't ideal, I asked the dealership to get me out of this vehicle. The staff including service manager, general manager, and sales where very understanding and work with me to replace with another pre-certified 2016 RAM 1500 with more options. They were able to give me more than I expected for my original RAM while minimizing any additional cost to me. I left feeling very satisfied and felt the entire staff was willing to go the extra mile to provide the customer service you don't see these days. Moral of this review, take the time to be pleasant and work with your dealership. You'll realize that they want to work with you and everyone can win in the end. I can't say enough about the team at Whitten and how they worked with me through this experience. They revived my confidence in dealerships! More
