I was incredibly impressed by how the entire sales team stepped in to assist with the nuances of the purchase. Dave, Bill, and Ryan Carlisle (District Manager of OnStar & Loyalty) worked together to get all concerns and hiccups ironed out of the process. Buying an EV can come with some initial challenges of technology, but Champion Chevy went above the call of duty to smooth the bumps. Kadyn was very polite, responsive, and attentive. I drove around their parking lot about Six or seven months ago. Was just looking, we were trying to make a decision on, what cars we liked. It was raining. We told him we were very undecided; He started explaining all the different cars, We sat in our car, as he continued to walk in the rain. We told him thank you for the help. When we were ready, we let him know. He stayed in contact. Last Friday 4/25/25 I went back into the dealership. I told him I was ready. I now have a beautiful, used trailblazer That I love. I asked a lot of questions, he answered each one of them, and if you didn’t have an answer, he went…. And got me the answer. The managers were great Bill Harrell, The financing went well. The young man that walked in the rain, And then eventually helped me get my Beautiful used car. KADYN LAY. I highly recommend him. More

Great experience! I originally had an appointment to see a 2015 Chevy Sonic with Jada but was running a little late and Andrea took over. She took me on a spin, and wh I originally had an appointment to see a 2015 Chevy Sonic with Jada but was running a little late and Andrea took over. She took me on a spin, and when we noticed the high beam switch wasn’t working properly, she scheduled it to be fixed right away. Now I’m on the road. The staff was very professional, and Andrea in particular went above and beyond the call of duty to be patient with me as I had brought my two year-old daughter along (and she was getting antsy, towards the end when we were wrapping things up). While I was wrapping paperwork up on my end, Andrea went on and distracted my daughter by taking her on a walk through the dealership and entertaining her with snacks, beverages, and toys! While I understood an older used car usually doesn’t yield a high commission, I observed she presented great enthusiasm throughout the entire process. I appreciated the courteous and prompt service. Definitely recommend Championship Chevrolet of Avon to anyone out there looking to get a great American car. More
