The sales manager was a bit pushy in my opinion. Telling us they wouldn’t budge on price because of the “upgraded” sound system. Best car sales experience I have ever had! Our main salesperson was Kadyn, who too exceptional care of us through the process. We had some unique questions and concerns regarding the purchas Our main salesperson was Kadyn, who too exceptional care of us through the process. We had some unique questions and concerns regarding the purchase of a used Blazer EV that made for a complicated purchase process. I was incredibly impressed by how the entire sales team stepped in to assist with the nuances of the purchase. Dave, Bill, and Ryan Carlisle (District Manager of OnStar & Loyalty) worked together to get all concerns and hiccups ironed out of the process. Buying an EV can come with some initial challenges of technology, but Champion Chevy went above the call of duty to smooth the bumps. Kadyn was very polite, responsive, and attentive. Both my husband and I were truly impressed by the experience. More
